                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 15
                   INGLENOOK DRIVE, BEING ON THE NORTHWEST LINE OF
                   INGLENOOK DRIVE NORTHEAST OF CORBLY DRIVE, FROM
                   R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4 RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 15 Inglenook Drive,
                being on the northwest line of Inglenook Drive
                northeast of Corbly Drive.  Lot 5, Plat of a
                Subdivision of J. N. Klein's 2 Acre Tract on
                Brainerd Road, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 12, page 46, ROHC; being the property
                described in deed book 1092, page 204, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 157A-F-3.
               
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to R-4 Residential Zone, subject to 
the
         conditions that the exterior of the building will not be 
changed
         and that a small sign may be erected to the rear of the 
building
         only.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
